This warranty applies to the solid cellular parts of the product, it does not cover wooden shingles, or products that have been subject to improper installation, misuse, accident, modified or altered. Nor does it cover any damage by animals. It does not cover acts of natural disaster including, but not limited to flood, fire, and hurricane. This warranty is non transferable.
