Misters spray a fine cloud of water that many birds, such as Hummingbirds, find irresistible. Many birds will take leaf baths in preference to bathing in a birdbath. Leaf bathing is when birds rub up against web foliage.

To set up the Feather Mister simply select a small tree or shrub, attach the mist nozzle to a low limb, aim the nozzle at some easily viewed foliage, and then run the small black tubing to an outdoor faucet.

In cooler weather, you can also convert the Feather Mister to a dripper by removing the mist nozzle and adjust the regulating valve so that water drips from the end of the tubing.
