This bat house holds up to 600 bats! The huge bat "condo" is double the size (length) and occupancy of the Lone Star Triple with the dimensions of 29"x 29"x 5" and a shipping weight of 30 lbs.

Painstakenly hand-crafted of western red cedar, this house was designed based on the results of more than 10 years of research and meets and exceeds all 10 criteria as outlined by "Bat Conservation International" bat certification program.

Bat houses of this design, which holds up to 600 bats, have been proven to have a greater than 80% occupancy rate.

The interior surface and landing platform is made of rough cut cedar making it easy for bats to cling when roosting and landing. The 1/4" ventilation gap in the front of the house, in conjunction with the birthing chamber in the attic space, serves to maintain proper temperature and helps with air circulation. The roof is slanted forward at 30 degrees for better rain run-off.
